A few notes ahead. The seaplane I've booked is at 11am — late enough that you'll have a real breakfast at Conrad Malé, early enough that you'll be on the deck for golden hour. Day 4's surprise is exactly that, but I'll WhatsApp the morning of so you can dress appropriately.
Indian passport holders: Visa on arrival for 30 days. Free of charge. Requires onward ticket, hotel confirmation, and valid passport (6+ months validity). Your concierge has confirmation copies on file and will email them ahead of departure.
Strongly recommended. Coverage should include trip cancellation, medical evacuation (helicopter from atoll), and personal effects up to ₹10L. We work with ICICI Lombard and Tata AIG — your concierge can arrange directly or you may book independently.
Currency: INR. Can be quoted in USD/GBP/EUR/AED on request.
60+ days before departure: 10% of total (administrative). 59-30 days: 25%. 29-15 days: 50%. 14-0 days: 100%. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
30% deposit at booking confirmation. 40% balance 60 days before departure. 30% final balance 30 days before departure. Payment via NEFT, RTGS, or international wire. Card payments accepted with 1.8% surcharge.
Changes welcome up to 30 days before departure at no fee. Closer to departure, supplier-imposed change fees may apply (typically ₹15,000-50,000). Your concierge will quote any change cost transparently before confirming.
