We don't publish this anywhere. Not in our footer. Not in a brochure. The reason is simple: discretion is the first benefit of membership. The hoteliers we work with, the chefs who fly in for our members' dinners, the seaplane pilots who hold for an extra hour — none of them advertise that they do this. So we don't either.

A dedicated point of contact for every journey. Reachable by WhatsApp, phone, or email, between 8am and 11pm IST on every day of the year. Your concierge knows your previous trips, your preferences, and your blackout dates by the second time you speak.
5% reservation on every journey, applied silently at quote stage. Not a discount you ask for — a discount we extend. Across all 200+ curated properties on our roster, including those not publicly listed.
Booking windows open thirty days before the public release on our partner properties. For seasonal availability — the right villa at Soneva in November, the right suite at Aman Kyoto in November — those thirty days are the difference between being there and not.
A quarterly print edition delivered to your door. Long-form essays we don't publish online, conversations with hoteliers, and notes on properties we're considering — but haven't yet decided to recommend.
When you're travelling, our travel desk is available 24 hours a day, every time zone. Flight delay at 3am Maldives time? We're already rebooking. Illness in Kyoto? We'll find the right hospital, English-speaking, on-call.

Not a concierge — a long-term advisor. The same person for every journey, year after year. Knows your wine preferences. Knows that you only sleep on a high pillow. Knows your daughter is allergic to shellfish. The trust builds; the trips deepen.
Properties we do not list on our public site. Private villas in Tuscany owned by friends of the firm. Closed-season access to chalets in St. Moritz. The smallest suites at Singita that are never online. You see them. The public never does.
Three intimate dinners a year — Mumbai, Goa, and London — with the founders of the properties we love. Eight seats per dinner. We seat you next to whoever you'd most enjoy meeting. Last year: the Soneva founder, the Aman CEO, the head of Singita.
Private terminal access at Mumbai (BOM), Bengaluru (BLR), and Delhi (DEL) — partnered with Encalm. Ground transfer included in member cities: chauffeured arrival and departure, every domestic and international leg. Your luggage moves separately.
When Aman, Soneva, Joali, Six Senses, or Cheval Blanc release sold-out availability, our Amber members are notified before public release. For the most sought-after suites in the world, this notice is often the only way in.
Once a year, we send our Amber members on a journey of our choosing, gifted in full. Curated, surprise, you'll-love-it. Past years: a private safari camp in the Maasai Mara; a week in a closed villa in Lake Como; two nights at Soneva Jani's reef-edge villa. Not your reward. Our thank-you.
Membership is earned by your annual spend with us — never purchased.
In your first qualifying year, you cross the full threshold — ₹10 Lakhs for Ivory, ₹25 Lakhs for Amber. From year two onward, a reduced annual spend maintains your status:
A thirty-minute call with one of our concierges. Camera optional. We'll ask about your travel, your preferences, and your interest in membership — and answer whatever you'd like to know.
Your first trip with us begins the qualifying year. Spend tracking begins from the day your first booking is confirmed.
When you cross the threshold, your concierge will reach out. Your physical card, the current Salon Edition Journal, and a welcome gift arrive at your door within seven days.
